Come join us to celebrate William Shakespeare’s birthday! We’ll have birthday cake and coffee as well as a reading of his play, King Lear. All are encouraged to be part of the reading – no experience necessary, no practice needed!! Show up, join us at the table or be part of the audience. This is a neighborhood, family event and we hope many of you will celebrate with us at the SDCC office. Sponsored by the SDCC Neighborhood Services Committee.

Bring your friends or the whole family to the FREE SD concert series! Concerts are from 6-9pm in the Greg Freeman Four Corners Park-next to 6008 Kingsbury Ave. at Des Peres Ave.  BBQ & beverages will be for sale. All proceeds help support the concert series. Details will be announced later this spring.

This is our neighborhood planting day! Drop off your plants and/or pick up free plants. Flowers from Operation Brightside will be available for block leaders and tree lawns. Wood chips and free grass seed packets and plant divides will also be available.
