This Weekend: Home Repair, Blitz Day, Cinco de Mayo Dance Party & More!

Friday & Saturday: 
Pershing Home Repairs (All Morning & Afternoon): Rebuilding Together St. Louis volunteers will be completing extensive repair work on four homes on the 57xx, 58xx, and 59xx blocks of Pershing. Find out more about Rebuilding Together on their website by clicking here.

Blitz Day (All Day):This is the BIG street and alley clean-up day for the Skinker DeBaliviere neighborhood. All neighbors are encouraged to work with your block to pick up trash, rake leaves, clear debris, and bundle branches. The City will collect the trash on Monday. Click here for more information.

57xx Block of Waterman Yard Sales (All Day)About 15 households on this block will be selling various items. Stop on by!

Grace Methodist Junktique (9am-1pm): All kinds of things will be for sale at this annual event. Click here to visit the Grace Methodist website for more information.

Cinco de Mayo Dance Party (7pm): After working hard to make the neighborhood shine, all neighbors and visitors are invited to join us at the SD Cinco de Mayo Dance Party at 7pm in Greg Freeman Four Corners Park (next to 6008 Kingsbury Ave. at Des Peres Ave.)!  There will be Sangria, Mexican beer, and chips and salsa for sale! The party won’t stop if it rains! RAIN LOCATION: Flavor Dance Studio, 5860 Delmar.

Planter Painting (7pm): All residents (including children and pets!) are invited to come out to paint the new Lucier Park planters with their handprints at 7pm during the Cinco de Mayo Dance Party at Greg Freeman Park (see top right picture).
