At this final public meeting, consultant H3 will present the preferred Station Area Plan for the Delmar Loop and Forest Park-DeBaliviere MetroLink Station Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Plan, which is being conducted as part of the OneSTL – Regional Plan for Sustainability in parallel with Skinker DeBaliviere’s Urban Design and Development Plan.
Attendees will be able to provide feedback concerning recommendations, transportation, aesthetic, and related improvements. This feedback will be used to create achievable implementation strategies and make any needed changes to the station area plans.
