[Donations will be picked up from your front porch by volunteers]
If you want to give back to the neighborhood, we are looking for a few more active helpers on the day of the Food Drive. It’s a short, fun way to get involved with the neighborhood. Just reply to this email and Liz can tell you more.
You can help our neighbors in need.
Donate by placing items in bags on your front porch by 10am. If you can spare an hour or two, you can make an even bigger impact by volunteering to help the Neighborhood Services Committee collect, evaluate and organize the food that morning.
More details below:
Donations of non-perishable foods (canned goods, cereal, pasta, rice, soups, etc.), toiletries, diapers, and personal hygiene items are requested. All donations should be unopened and unexpired, please. Your kindness will help replenish food pantries at Grace and Peace Fellowship, Grace United Methodist Church, New Cote Brilliante Church of God, and St. Roch Church.
Interested in volunteering to help sort or pick up donations? We are looking for 6 volunteers to ride with drivers to make pickups around the neighborhood and 4 volunteers to sort in the office. Contact us at (314) 862-5122 or email@example.com.
