The Skinker DeBaliviere Historic District Committee has been working for the past year to improve and update the Skinker DeBaliviere-Catlin Tract-Parkview Historic District Ordinance. More than 40 years have passed since it was enacted in 1972 so the time has come to update the ordinance to account for modern construction practices and materials. Neighbors and community members are invited to view the proposed changes and provide comments to the committee at two open house meetings at the SDCC Office: Tuesday, July 14 from 6-8pm, and Saturday, July 18 from 10am-12pm.
