Part of the 2015 Aging in Place Program
Saturday, September 26th, 10:00 AM
SDCC Office, 6008 Kingsbury Ave
You don’t have to own an estate to do estate planning. Your estate consists of everything you own when you die including investments, property, and bank accounts. If you don’t have a will, a power of attorney, a health care directive, etc. then state law will determine how things are handled, which may not be what you would want. This free workshop, the 9th in our 2015 Aging in Place Program, will provide basic education on estate planning including wills, probate, trusts, and reverse mortgages. Our presenter will be attorney Robert Hoffman, of the Law Office of Robert W Hoffman, who has over 35 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, tax, corporate, and real estate law. We welcome and encourage participation from anyone of any age interested in learning about estate planning.
This activity is financed in part through an allocation of Community Development Block Grant funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the City of St. Louis’ Community Development Administration.
