MLK – Jack Wright Service Award: This year, the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Committee is presenting the award to Arline Webb. As a life-long resident and regular volunteer of the Skinker-DeBaliviere neighborhood and among the original organizers of the People’s Clinic, Arline’s selfless efforts have not only brought us closer together as a neighborhood, but have contributed to the health and well-being of a diverse group of people.
