Below is a list of proposed physical and/or economic development projects in the Skinker DeBaliviere Community. The Skinker DeBaliviere Community Council routinely reviews, offers feedback and issues formal statements of support or opposition on projects that impact the community. SDCC works directly with developers, property owners, business owners, City Ward Alderpersons and City Departments to conduct these activities.

The goal of such work is determine:

  • compliance with City ordinances and zoning regulations
  • alignment with approved neighborhood planning documents
  • impact on quality of life, historic character and economic well-being of Skinker DeBaliviere
